As an ex-Googler, a startup CTO, tech lead, software architect, and senior backend software engineer, I am passionate about building new projects and leading high-performing teams.

Currently, I am seeking a position as a Fractional Chief Technology Officer ( Fractional CTO ) in a fast-growing small to medium-sized company. My ideal goal would be to build and manage a remote or hybrid team of teams (15-40 people in total) in Europe or help to establish a software development or R&D Center in Poland for a Western European or American company.

During my work at Google I learnt how to process terabytes of data using advanced algorithms and sophisticated Google infrastructure.

With my extensive background in algorithms and data structures, as well as my experience building products from scratch, I possess a unique combination of skills that enable me to navigate complex technical challenges while also understanding the business aspects of projects. Having worked remotely since 2016, I'm comfortable and effective in a distributed team environment.

In my recent role at EonD, I built and led a remote team of 10+ people to develop a web platform for recruiting experts, which included AI algorithms for faster matching candidates with projects. I am well-versed in the latest technologies and thrive on working with talented individuals who share my commitment to continuous improvement. I am also eager to mentor team members and help them reach their full potential.
