I've led projects of all sizes, designed solutions, architectures, technically built and designed websites and apps of varying size and scale.

I've been a mentor, manager, coach and technical lead to developers, tech leads and engineering managers. I have designed and implemented coding and design standards and best practice, including release, testing and disaster recovery strategies.

I've built and scaled technical teams from scratch, including setting up offshore augmented teams and defining cross-functional team structures and processes. I've also led technical due diligence through multiple investment rounds with multiple investors.
